Source Coffee

We’re delighted to shine a spotlight on one of our newest additions here at Shannon Town Centre — Source Coffee, which opened its doors a couple of months ago and has already become a firm favourite with our shoppers. From the very beginning, the response from the community has been incredibly positive, and it’s been fantastic to see so many people popping in daily for their coffee fix.

Since opening, Source Coffee has built a strong reputation for serving high-quality coffee in a warm, welcoming space. Whether it’s customers grabbing a takeaway on the go, meeting friends for a catch-up, or taking a well-deserved break during a shopping trip, the café has quickly established itself as a go-to spot within the centre.

The team at Source Coffee have created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that really adds to the overall experience at the centre. Their passion for great service and attention to detail hasn’t gone unnoticed, with plenty of lovely feedback and repeat visits from locals and visitors alike over the past few months.
